Hot places for investment in Delhi NCR

With nearly a hundred malls in the Delhi-National Capital Region (NCR), it has become the “mall capital of India”.
 No other city comes close to the number of operational malls that are found in Delhi-NCR.
"In Delhi NCR, there are around 95 operational and is currently best placed for hosting successful, large-sized malls."

Despite tough competition from other malls and high- street retail, the consultant said that only four malls closed down while one got converted into office space.
While Ghaziabad is always in the news for one housing project or another being announced for comfortable living, so mall culture became more and more important.
National Capital Region (NCR), which encompasses urban areas such as Faridabad, Gurgaon , Ghaziabad, Noida etc so-called wings of Delhi, are places to which the imagination of Delhi has expanded.
