crossings republik- Delhi NCR Best Township

Crossings Republik has a 9-hole golf course, banking facilities of nationalized banks, and postal services in place. Soon, the township will have a cycling track (8 km out of the planned 20 km is ready) and other green lifestyle facilities to make the life of residents more pleasant, compared to other part of the city,”
“There is a great future for integrated townships and people are keen to buy their houses in such townships.”
As the cities expand fast, the development of integrated townships has become the order of the day. A number of such townships are being developed in Ghaziabad, Noida, Greater Noida, and Yamuna Expressway. These townships not only provide good physical infrastructure but also make provision for schools, gymnasiums, hospitals, recreational facilities like jogging tracks and golf courses, hotels and shopping malls to improve the quality of life of the residents.
Integrated townships not only meet the day-to-day requirements of end users but, increasingly, they are being built with lifestyle amenities for quality living. No wonder that the concept of integrated townships has become popular among end users and investors. The lifestyle facilities in these townships make them attractive destinations for the young generation, who cannot afford to buy in the central part of the city.
A number of integrated township projects have been launched in the recent past in and around metropolitan cities like the NCR, Mumbai, and Bangalore.
As the land in the central areas of existing cities has already been exhausted, developers are forced to go to the periphery of the existing developed areas to construct their housing projects. But as existing infrastructure is not good enough to support the additional population, developers have to develop them on their own in their townships. Ultimately, it is the demand for housing that is driving the development of townships around cities.

In most of the developed countries, people own houses and cars are taken on long-term rent or, as they prefer to say, lease. So why shouldn't the same scenario be in India, especially considering that a house (or any property you buy) is an appreciating asset (well, most of the times!) and vehicles are a highly depreciating asset, with most experts considering the value of a vehicle equivalent to nil after 8 years? The very first thing you learn in economics is demand and supply. When the demand is high and the supply is low, the market goes up and vice versa. There i...
